We really enjoyed our stay at the Blackstone Mountain Lodge in Canmore. Very close to the highway and other amenities. The unit lacked a couple things in terms of tableware but we were able to make do. Check in and check out was smooth. We appreciated that there was dedicated parking underground but did find the parking spots tight and small overall. We would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely stay here again.
The room we stayed in here was great, spacious and clean. Some units have wonderful views of the Three Sisters peaks, which are breathtaking. While I would happily stay here again, it may not be for everyone. If you want to feel like you're in quaint location, this is not really that. It's a large facility and is usually packed. The parking spots in the garage are TIGHT. I didn't feel comfortable parking my midsized sedan, I can't imagine trying to park anything bigger down there.
Location was good for a fair price. Dedicated parking in the garage was good, but very very tight! Still better than searching on the road. They were doing remodeling while we were there, which seemed odd during peak tourist season. Luckily it wasn't too intrusive. I'd consider the location again.
Amazing rooms that are well worth the price. We ended up getting one of their suites and it was amazing. Full kitchen, balcony, dining table, living room, washer and dryer, and a bedroom separated by a door. The place was almost the size of our condo and nicer to boot. The pillows on the bed didn't look particularly comfy, but they ended up being surprisingly good. Overall it was an amazing experience and is definitely a must stay in Canmore.
We had an awesome experience here. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the most quiet hotel Ive ever been to. It also had everything we need. The kitchen was also very convenient for us and had everything we need. The staff were really friendly, and also the woman who checked us in gave us a room that fits our request. Id definitely stay here again if we visit the area, the price is reasonable for the amenities it offers. Also, the view from our room was fantastic! Would definitely recommend to friends and family too!
