I would suggest getting a room without someone above you. So thin you can hear every footstep. And I think they had a pet elephant up there that kept tripping over the furniture.
Not a bad price, the space has multiple rooms per rental unit, with clean amenities. There is a small jacuzzi but it was full most of the night. Pretty clean set up. The key is not a fob, it's a literal physical key, and you only get one.
I stayed here a few years back and Im not sure if theres new owners but its been upgraded. The bed was super comfy, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Only down side was hearing the guests next door, it could have better insulation but I would stay here again.
Clean and spacious "log cabin" room with a little kitchenette. Hot tub and pool plus a fire pit outside. Great place.
We were quite pleased with the room for the price point and the proximity to Banff (20 mins) and gas/fast food. The room was cozy and the cabin vibe was something we enjoyed. There was a bit of a musty odour in the room when we checked in so we had to air it out with the fan. As other reviewers have indicated the place can definitely use a face lift but for what it's worth, it's a comfortable place to crash in if you plan to spend most of the day outside.
