Very clean, large rooms. Each room is like a one bedroom apartment. Walked by neighbor rooms being cleaned and noticed vacuums and wet mops going. Only downside was not being able to find a good restaurant nearby. Attached picture is the view from our 3rd floor balcony
Checked in Monday night around 9 pm Found my room cold as someone had set the thermostat to 14 C. Went to bed only to find my bed had been short sheeted. Who even does this sort of thing???When questioned as to why this happened I was offered the following explanation "Staff must have grabbed the wrong sized sheets". That was the extent of Stoneridge's customer service.Guessing it doesn't matter that staff left the room in this state and I had to pay full price for a substandard room.Picture is of the dinning room table.Nice big "F" scratched into the surface of not well maintained suite.Update to my earlier review.Management contacted me 3 weeks after my original comments to try and rectify the situation.Satisfied with there answers, I am willing to try and stay here again.
A fantastic place to stay. The rooms are modern and very nicely decorated, large and well stocked. Full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, and living/dining areas. Some suites have walk in closets and laundry facilities. Ive stayed here twice and never had any complaints. The pool area is well appointed with heated pool and hot tub, and there is complimentary underground parking with ski storage.
Front desk was amazing and helpful. The two room suit was spacious and clean. Came with kitchen and laundry. Fireplace, balcony, and the mountain view were all a bonus. Underground parking was easy to access. Would definitely stay here again, the next time I visit Banff.
Great location and very friendly staff. It's nice to come back to your own underground parking spot, kitchen and living spaces. Looking forward to trying out the hot tub tonight!
