I was pleasantly surprised by the back patio view. It was quaint and very pleasant. The beds were pretty comfy too.
First and foremost, I slept well. The room was nothing special, although as clean as a threadbare carpeted motel room can be. Although, it did have a jaw dropping view of the Rockie Mountains, albeit through the room's grime challenged window.I'd like to say that the cost of a single night's stay was outrageous for what was offered, except it was the best rate, by quite a bit, in a very expensive accomodation environment.
It's not a bad place to stay it's nice you can see the mountains and the Little River beside our room
Fantastic owner! Clean, firm bed, huge bath sheet towels, pet friendly, stunning location and view. Id choose staying here over every other place in Canmore. I'll be back
The staff was friendly, but the state of the room was terrible. Bathtub facets were broken and didn't work right, soap dish was smashed, thermostat wasn't working right, tiny tube tv, and noisy fridge. Place is in dire need of repairs and updating. Not to mention the noise from the bar and street, which is more about location then the hotel. As someone else said, it is the least expensive hotel in a high priced accommodation area, but you get what you pay for. I will never stay there again.
