The hotel was nice and clean. My kids loved the pool, also the breakfast was very good. The only thing we did not like is the 11am checkout 12 pm would be nicer. Also if they could please replace the mattress in the pull out bed in room 315 no one could sleep on it you just felt metal springs.
Great beds, uncomplicated check in/out. Rooms on north side are dark with little natural light. Pool better than average. Breakfast room adequate.
Fabulous hotel with amazing rooms. Ours had a fireplace and two very comfortable queen beds. Excellent free breakfast, lots of free parking and easy to get to off the Trans Canada. Wifi is fast. Very appealing looking hotel.
Nice room with view of mountains from the window. Loved the gas fireplace on the timer - gave off heat and a nice ambiance. Good location on road and easy walk to town. Hotel offers a green choice option of skipping housekeeping for a $5 gift card to Tim Horton's or Starbucks. If you don't need daily housekeeping, it was a nice bonus. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast options changed daily. Good job BW Pocaterra Inn!
We had a great stay here. 2 adults and one kid. We had 2 very comfortable beds, a fireplace, large bathroom, and a nice little kitchenette with a microwave. Our son absolutely loved the pool and waterslide and we found the hot tub a little warmer than most, which we like. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was an endless supply of hot food and drinks. Very nice hotel
