They screwed up our order with one of us wanting bearnaise sauce on the side. There wasn't enough sauce so was asked for more which they charged us extra for. Steak on eggs Benedict was asked to be med rare and it was well done. Half a cup of coffee top up. No cream for coffee. Food otherwise was pretty good but avoid the steak.
The menu had something for everyone. Very diverse. So very delicious. We were not at all disappointed with our three different dishes. Cheese board was a great starter. Staff was very friendly and provided right amount of service.
My wife and I had one of our best restaurant experiences in Canmore last night. Everything from the waiter to the food was top notch. We ate upstairs in the wine and tapas bar. Great room.
Being a Canmore local and seeing many restaurants come and go, the Sage is one of our favourite restaurants. My husband and I love the upstairs lounge and tapas bar. Highly recommended.
Nice atmosphere and pleasant wait staff. The food was tasty and hearty. My only complaint was that they had giant flies and mosquitoes in the corner where the windows are which is where we were seated. They really need to sort that out. Get a bug zapper or spray that corner or something! That's just ridiculous!
