I have never seen such rude servers in my life, both times I have been here the servers were just awful, and it was two different people. I can't even begin to describe the things my friends and I witnessed and experienced the second time I was here. It was completely unprofessional and I eould have fired her on spot if I had been her manager.
Lovely place if you want to sit outdoors and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Food is fairly good. We have there summer salad, salmon, and ribs. My only complaint was that my son got his ribs which were already cooked, way before we got served our food. She was not his meal well before we even started. It is definitely a family-friendly place, and we happy that there was a play structure area for my granddaughter to play in. Would certainly recommend this place if you have small kids.
A nice stop in Canmore if you're looking for a easy dinner. Great Shepard's pie and good beers on the tap, as a real English pub should be. Service is kind and quick, even when a lot of people are in the place. Highly recommended after a hiking day to recharge your batteries!
Great pub. Always has live music. Wine Wednesday is a must on the Banff social calendar. The bartenders are super friendly and efficient. Food is good. Service is always quick and efficient. Pool and games room separate from the front bar is great if you aren't into the band that night.
Great staff! Owner is very generous, and truly cares about all aspects of his business! The Cuban burger is off the hook!
