I took a group of Girl Guides with 22 girls and 5 adults total. The drivers and guides were great as was the booking team. The dogs were very well cared for and all had their own personality. The guides brought some of the dogs out to let the girls pet them before the tour. Thank you for the great experience I know the girls will remember. The pictures that Dale took were amazing too!
Great tour it has been on my bucket list for years and I received the tour as a Christmas present. The dogs were wonderful and friendly as were the guides and driver. It was a great experience, got some great photos, got to drive the sled and beat a squirrel to the cookies.
Great experience with Howling dog tours. It is freeking cold when you ride. You need to wear padding, boots and gloves
Howling Dog Tours was such an awesome choice for dog sledding! Our two guides, Jessie and Jackson, made the tour absolutely great. We were picked up from our hotel in Canmore and transported to the Spray Lakes where the actual tour is. We got to learn about the types of huskies used, meet and greet the dogs, and hook them up to their harnesses. We wore winter clothing as advised, but blankets and a cover were provided in the sled as well to keep us nice and toasty. All of our group got to take turns riding in the back with one of the two guides, and they were great about explaining what was going on and answering any questions. We got to play with the dogs more at the halfway break and got some awesome photos with the dogs and guides. We had such a hard time saying goodbye to the dogs! It was such an amazing tour (one we will never forget) and we would recommend this to anyone and everyone!
