Their manner was very friendly and entertaining, it made the whole process of signing onto a new service provider enjoyable rather than another boring errand. Although they meant well when I signed up through their store the person was untrained and incompetent. As we were finishing up "oh I forgot about this and this so its an extra $$$" which didn't make sense but having already endured a lot I just took it. I contacted them later regarding an issue I feel was caused when they signed me onto my phone plan and with no care they referred me to someone else, which was complicated by the initial issue they probably caused
I had an issue with my Phone recently in that it seemed to be some sort of computer glitch. Went to this store and asked if they could help... there were 3 staff there sitting behind the 2 desks. First thing one of them asked me asked me was if I was with Telus, I replied "No" he then said there was nothing they could do for me. One of the other guys took my phone did something with the buttons to it and caused a white screen to appear. I asked him what he had done and he refused to say then got the phone back to the main screen and said ya nothing to be done. Then the first grabbed the phone and proceeded to take the battery out (which you can do with this phone). I explained I had already tried that. then the 2nd guy took it from him when the first guy said you probably got water in it. The 2nd guy looked inside and said no the indicator is still dry. In the mean time the 3rd guy was googling stuff saying take the battery out to reset it. The point I am trying to make is that it was like talking to the 3 stooges, no one really helping or listening to what I was saying or what I was asking. The first guy tried again to sell me a Telus plan when I wasn't biting he just ignored me. At that moment another customer walked in the store and all three of the sales people started talking to her and completely ignored me actually had to talk past me to speak with the new customer because I was seated at the desk and they were behind it. At this point I got up thanked them and left the store. This is definitely one of the worst cases of poor customer service I have ever encountered.
Overall bad service. Spoke to 2 different Staff on 2 different days. They couldn't answer simple questions, and told me they would contact me back with answers and I didn't receive a response at all. Had to call back days later to ask questions again and still unsatisfied with the customer service.
