I've been going to this Pilates studio since Sept. of 2012. I've taken hundreds of classesmat, equipment, privates with just about all of the instructors so I feel it's about time I write a review. I LOVE this studio. Bonny-Lynn and all the instructors here are by far the best trained, most skilled and passionate instructors I've ever been fortunate to find. I'm in my 40's and suffer from chronic back pain. Pilates has been the answer to keeping me active and off medication. Bonny-Lynn's enthusiasm for Pilates is contagious. She has given me hope that this broken-down mom can still kick ass. :-)
