We were there with 2 children in a pop up and the staff was very nice and helpful! The made you feel like you were welcome and appreciated. Some reviews complain about the bathroom is dirty but keep in mind it's in a campground.

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to Banff National Park. The guy working the office was nice too but other than that this place was horrible.. mainly because there are a few sets of train tracks right behind the property.. the first night wasn't too bad, maybe 3 trains passed... The second night over 14 trains passed between 9pm and when i finally fell asleep. My entire camper would shake from the passing trains.. Even though i paid for another night it wasn't worth it, i left and found another place. --- **i am 95% sure that the good reviews are left by management or friends of management... This place is horrible and there is no getting used to the loud ass trains that pass by.**

The new owner is friendly and nice to communicate with. In the morning you can see the tiny cuty rabbit running around the campground. With fresh air and the sun shine. It was fantastic morning which made my day.

Had an amazing weekend here. Kevin is Awesome and very accommodating. Very close to all amenities. Excellent ! I definatly recommend this place for anybody wanting a beautiful mountain escape.

I phoned ahead to reserve a site and was told they had one for us. Upon arrival the guy tried squeezing us in between 2 large units. The picnic table hadvyo he shared with the neighbor and the fire put as well. My husband said this will not work and then he tried to put us in another small space. We asked fir our money back and then we were told we could have a site with a picnic table. The site was very unlevel but we had 2 kids with us and needed to have supper as it was getting late. . . The guy working the office was nice too but other than that this place was horrible.. mainly because there are a few sets of train tracks right behind the property. I would never stay here again
