Hell mention the pros and cons of the estates unlike some other sales people who will tell you about the pros of a place only. My experience working with Thomas was the best ! He is very knowledgeable on the local market and he took the time to educate me on the process and ensure that my interests were well represented. The house that we found was perfect - it meets all of my needs and we were able to get it for a price and terms that I was very pleased with. We then had to sell my existing house, and that was equally a great experience - he knew where to price it to get the most attention - we had 12 showings in 5 days which resulted in 3 competing offers and a sale price over the list price (sold in 7 days !). With respect to closing both properties, he was on top of everything and it all went very smooth. He took alot of stress off my plate and I love my new house. I would recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Canmore.
