I was in the store yesterday with my mom, I wanted to buy some cookies for my dog Ellie.They looked so amazing!But, the older taller lady with grey hair to her shoulders didn't even say hi, and failed to ask someone else to help us out as we waited at the cookie counter for more than 5 mins. As we waited as she talked forever to this one couple about getting a harness for a new puppy. She needs to work on her multi serving skills because there was another customer in the store too getting the poor client service as well.I'm from Calgary and I love the dog park there, it would be cool to stop by for treat for my dog.I recommend not coming here.
Our dog loved their in-house smoked marrow bones, it was expensive but our pup loved it. The store has a bakery counter filled with cookies and cupcakes for your furry friends - our dog loved her cookie. Super friendly staff!
We purchased a very lovely hand made / knit sweather from South America, it was expensive but well worth the money.. Everyone comments on it when our Arthur wears it. Very unique items...
