After a terrible experience at another location in town, these guys not only fixed that issue but also did the original work I needed at a fraction of the cost. I can honestly say that Kavia jewellers are the best in the rockies, I had to give them the wedding band my mother had left me and it was only worth about $200, yet because of their awesome attitude and workmanship they found a way to allow me to buy a $500 ring without any hassle and they even loaned me a ring until that one was ready. Now, my beautiful fiance and I are as happy as we can be!!! I definetely recommend anyone looking to purchase some amazing jewellery to look into Kavia jewellers in canmore!
I was very excited to purchase a $125.00 silver/cubic bracelet from this store. I spent a total of $500 that day and continue to enjoy the craftsmanship of several silver pieces I got at Kaviss. While things w the bracelet did not work out the way I expected, I appreciate the conversation I had w the owner. I work in a field where accountability tips the scales between life and death so I take it quite seriously. Everyone learned something here.
