Bin with riverstone for over 10 years. I gave them my card info to process my payment. Kieran said he would send my the recites when procesed, THAT NEVER HAPPENED, 3 weeks later i get a final notice stating i never payed. And they reported that my info was never taken. Very unprofessional Kieran Tombs.The money is not on the card any more and they do not take amex. Once was good now a joke. Thank for making this a miserable experience Kieran Tombs.Ill be in canmore very soon to deal with you.

THIS right here is perfect customer service. As a young German traveller I went to Riverstone Insurance because I wanted to buy my very first car in a foreign country and wasnt quite sure how it all works. I had many questions and my mind was full of worst case scenarios.. Kate showed me everything and explained to me what I need to do and how everything works out. At the end buying a car was the easiest thing Ive ever done and I didnt had to worry about anything. Kate knows her job and she is well good at it.Since my visa is only one year I have to leave the country soon and Kate helped me a lot with a specific problem I had. I dont want to go in further detail about it but I can say that I never received such an amazing customer support anywhere else. I would recommend Kate to everyone I know. Absolutely amazing.
Zero star if can do that. Went in due to hurry need of auto insurance, they are training a new girl at reception and took good hour to take down my info even the existing reception was next to her guiding. Plus she lost all my info in the middle of entering them that has to be redone. No problem, we are always learning. Noted to them the urgency and they said an agent already started looking at my file and four business days later, still not heard from them, So I called and again, they said an agent is looking at it. Yes, they are friendly, but full of bs. Go somewhere else please. Definitely not helping. Time wasted, and I live 40 minutes away.
This company should be called HEAD UP THEIR ASS as that's exactly what the brokers act like. Was referred by an associate and friend and went with them as I was in a hurry.Bill was my contact. Then Bill pretty much forgot everything we discussed and had to follow up again to ask what my profession was as he'd forgotten. Real good Bill.Then I called when I sold my house and wanted to change from house insurance to contents insurance. Found out good ole Bill had retired and requested someone get back to me regarding my changes.When I finally did get a call back from Kate, she claimed to no nothing for the reason she was calling me back.Then I called again and explained time was a commodity and how I was already tired of mine being wasted with Bill and now her.We spoke on a Friday and I requested that Kate share what we discussed and sent it off in writing with what the new monthly amount would be and an update on my policy etc.3 DAYS and I had to call back again! Then got some bs email that took her seconds to compose and an amount that is half of what cost me to insure a $600,000 house for!Seriously anyone shopping around, do yourself a favour and RUN from the joke of a business! I'll be shopping around immediately.What an absolute embarrassment for products or services. The owners got some real ass hats working for her!
