We were just by the shop. Looks great but I would never ever do business here. We stopped briefly, parked in a spot in front of the store, to grab a quick snack for our toddler. The shop is closed on Sunday so we thought the two minutes we had to stop wouldnt be a problem. While grabbing the snack a staff member pulled up and parked her vehicle directly behind us not only obstructing us but obstructing the roadway. She looked directly at me, saw that we were in the vehicle getting our child a snack and ignored the two other parking spots in front of the store. She then proceeded to unload flowers from a customers vehicle. She was in no rush, nor did she acknowledge that she was obstructing us or traffic. Once the customer was gone she took her time in the shop before coming out and moving her vehicle out of the way. She then glared at us and went back in the store. If that is the attitude of a staff member of this store towards at potential client I am not interested in doing business here and I think people (potential customers) should be aware.
Willow Flower Co did an exceptional job on our wedding bouquets and boutonnieres. The consultation to begin was very helpful, and the staff was welcoming & knowledgeable. The week of my wedding we decided to switch to have the flowers delivered instead of picked up - the staff got back to me right away and the flowers were delivered on time to two separate hotel rooms (and the delivery fee was nominal). The bouquets were absolutely stunning and were made true to the design that had been discussed in the consultation. We received so many sincere compliments from guests at the wedding and friends who have seen photos since on how beautiful the bouquets were! The boutonnieres turned out amazing as well, true to what was described in the order and perfectly subtle & natural looking as we had requested. It was also impressive that while it was one of the hottest days on record in Alberta, the flowers held up perfectly through our outdoor ceremony! Would highly recommend Willow Flower Co for a Rocky Mountain wedding!
We used Willow Flower Co as our wedding florist for our destination wedding in Banff 2018. The flowers we literally one of my favorite details of our wedding day! We live in San Diego, CA and communication was key in planning the floral vibe we wanted and logistics of our big day. I cant tell you how many times I altered my order while planning, and Willow staff was extremely accommodating and happy to get me exactly what I wanted! We plan to visit Banff as often as possible now and I will definitely be purchasing a bouquet from Willow while visiting just because their flowers creations are that good!
