My brother in law came into town with a "beater" of a car and just wanted to know if it was possible to drive it to Ontario without spending an arm and a leg. Erdem reviewed the car and about 90 minutes later he had the car up on a lift with the wheels off and with a flashlight showed us exactly what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. Very fast. He had actually already fixed a couple of small items. We agreed on the (very reasonable) charges, and he got to work. He called us that evening as he worked straight through till 7 pm so that we could leave the next day. Absolutely exceptional service.
For the past 3 years Erdem has been taking care of my vehicle and I could not be happier with the service I have received! Not only does he take the time to explain what I need done and why I need it, in addition, I never have any concerns after he has done the work. His pricing is great. Saved our bacon ! We were driving my son's (not so gently used vehicle) car to Toronto and given it was running rough decided to give it a last minute check. Great service, showed us what was wrong, fixed it right away and all for a very reasonable price. We are from Toronto but if we were Canmore residents, this would be the place where we would bring our vehicles...old fashioned honest car mechanic work is what you can expect to get here. 5 Stars all around.
We bought a Honda CR-V from Kimberley and the whole experience was perfect. She walked us through all the paperwork we would need as an out of province buyer. The vehicle itself was spotless on pickup. We got an orientation to the vehicle before driving away. And of course the price was very fair. Overall we would definitely buy from here again.
