Absolutely first class customer service. We had a small issue with our Ford Expedition whilst on vacation, where my cell phone had somehow fallen into the inner workings of our rental. The team at Cam Clark were so helpful and spent around 30minutes trying to retrieve it, eventually getting my cell phone back, and didn't even charge me for it. Drove out to Canmore after a 15+ hour drive and noticed that my car was acting a little off from normal. Brought my car to Cam Clark with no appointment and they were gracious enough to fit us in on a friday. They noted that they would need the car for a few hours.Without asking they offered to give us a shuttle back to our hotel. In the ride our driver was kind enough to recommend a place in town for breakfast and offered to drive us there no problems, the breakfast was excellent fyi.After a few hours I received a call that they had completed computer diagnostics and physical inspection of my car and found nothing out of sorts. Along with that, I received an explanation as to the difference in handling of my car was due to the adaptive transmission system. Which made sense since we had just pushed the car at highway speeds for 15+ hours non stop.They scheduled a pickup with their shuttle service and got us back in prompt time. After another explanation of our bill (which was very reasonable) we were on our way with piece of mind.We were treated as if I had been dealing with them for years. Highly recommended them to any locals if you are looking for good service.
Honestly, I know there have been many changes going on and they have been truly for the better. The staff in service improve every time I go for an oil change and with the new construction underway I can only hope for more good things to come. Lots of improvement!
The day we were to leave for the west coast our car of many years finally gave up the ghost and so we had to purchase a new (for us) one in a matter of a few hours. We headed to Cam Clark and with the help of Darren we purchased a 2014 Explorer and headed west. We loved it but occasionally we heard strange sounds when the gears shifted. We called Cam Clark who monitored the situation. They were really good about connecting with us as we went along. We were very thankful that we had purchased our car through their dealership, When we returned Cam Clark were very supportive and accommodating. In the end they transferred the total amount we had paid (even though we had put a couple of thousand clicks on it) towards a brand new 2018 Escape. We purchased the new car under the employee pricing program and the icing on the cake was when Marsh successfully putted for $300. Thanks Daren and Cam Clark for looking after us and for always having our back. We shall definitely recommend you to our family and friends.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! When they didnt have my tires in stock they called the local parts store, directed me there to purchase the correct model, then installed them for me, all within a few hours. Also gave lots of love to my dog. 10/10 recommend.
