Excellent! ! Very grateful to their mechanic Raf who spent the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my bike's drive chain... I had to get a new set up and they did the work really quickly. Great shop.
I was visiting Canmore this summer and needed some on-the-fly help with my headset. The staff at Rebound were able to diagnose and fix my problem in a timely manner and for a reasonable price which got me back out and riding! Very kind, knowledgable people, highly recommended.
Excellent Group RideEmployees of the shop volunteer to organize an excellent saturday group ride. You can rent any sort of mtb there - from classic trail bike to high end demo bikes to make your expirience even more special. It was alot of fun riding with charismatic team of rebound cycle - Vince, Derek and Chelsea - they were very knowledgeable, patient and super - awesome :-) i will come back again and totally recommended!!
Super friendly and helpful when we rented fat bikes in winter. Equally friendly and helpful in summer, helping me bring my bike back to life with advice and quick fixes. The service guys are genuine and know their stuff! Highly recommend.
