Our wedding cake from Darci was absolutely perfect. We had a 4 tier cake as it was our only dessert, and I was hoping there would be some left over for the gift opening the next day, but our guests ate it all! Everyone raved about the design and the quality. Highly recommend Darci for all your dessert needs for any occasion :)
Darci did an amazing job on our wedding cake & cupcakes! We had a buttercream cake and our wedding day turned out to be one of the hottest days on record in Alberta - the cake still looked perfect! Our guests loved the cupcakes - the cupcakes were such a hit we didn't have any left at the end of the night, even with having other desserts available. Darci was great to work with, and she did an exceptional job of the tasting with helpful advice for pairing flavours. Highly recommend Kake by Darci for your Rocky Mountain wedding!
We got married on top of a mountain at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort this summer. Kake by Darci made our wedding cake for us, and delivered it up the gondola to the restaurant! We loved the way the cake looked, and loved the way it tasted. We were eating left over cake for the week after, until it was all gone. Darci is very professional and easy to work with, and her cakes are absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Kake by Darci to anyone - she can do anything!!
Darci was absolutely amazing to work with. We were organizing the wedding from out of the province, and Darci went out of her way to make sure we are able to have a tasting and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. The cake itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly delicious. The rest of the desert was incredible. Could not have been happier with our choice.
