Poor customer relations. Says when you book online that someone will call you to confirm within 24 hours. That did not happen. They emailed us about a certain time but were impossible to get a hold of to confirm it and leave the required credit card number. Left a voice mail "due to currently helping other customers" so called in the morning to confirm an 11 o clock spot which they referenced in their email to be available yesterday for today but now suddenly they tell me they are not flying due to smoke. I get that but if they could communicate this it would be 100% better.
What an experience! This was a birthday gift for my husband and we both enjoyed it very much. The icing on top- I got to sit with the pilot- right in front! Super awesome! Its pricey for a 12min ride but it was very worth it! My husband and I get motion sickness easily so 12 min was just right! It's a once in a lifetime experience! The staff and our pilot were friendly! It was a great experience!
An absolute awesome experience!! I sent my parents on a tour and everyone that worked there was kind, friendly and helpful. Brad that checked us in was so great. He made sure we got pictures in front of a helicopter after the tour. I just cant say enough nice things about the people that work there and the beautiful views that my parents will always treasure!!
Amazing experience. We were in the air for less than 15 minutes but its well-planned and executed, with a phenomenal view of the Three Sisters and beyond. Our pilot was chatty & informative. Note that the experience is completely weather-dependant (if its too cloudy or windy or if precipitation is expected, they will not fly). I was given this experience as a surprise birthday gift, which I wouldnt recommend, as we had to reschedule 3 times due to weather. It was well worth the wait. Enjoy!
Did the Marvel tour 09/07/18. Amazing views you cant possibly normally see. Justin was our pilot and we could not of had a better time!! The $ amount of this tour is worth every penny!!
